Terms of Service Securing Appointments: Your appointment date(s) and service(s) will be secured when the signed contract and deposit have been received. All booking for weddings are made on a “first-come-first-served” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit. Any appointments requested outside of regular business hours, both in salon or on location, will be subject to an additional $100 fee per service provider. Deposit: All reservations for bridal parties must be reserved and guaranteed with a 50% deposit of all services booked. Deposits are nonrefundable. Payment: Remaining balance is due the day of service. Prices are subject to change as styling needs change or services are added. We accept cash or any major credit card. No checks will be accepted. Gratuity: A 20% gratuity charge will be applied to the total cost of all services. No exceptions. On-Site Travel Fees: For on-site appointments, the following travel fees apply: $125 for travel within a 15-mile radius from the salon (Downtown Delray Beach). For every 15 miles thereafter, a $50 fee will be applied. We do not travel beyond 50 miles from the salon. Contract and Appointment Changes: All agreements will be made in writing. Wedding date and time, service date, time of arrival in salon, estimated time of completion, name(s) of guest(s) to be styled and service descriptions will be sent via email. Any changes/additions to guests or wedding party members requesting additional services after the contract is signed must be submitted in writing (no changes will be made over the telephone). Charges for guest(s) requiring additional services must be paid in full on the day of the service. Changes will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the service date. The bride/individual signing this contract is the only person permitted to authorize, submit and change any arrangements for the wedding party. Contracts and changes made by anyone other than the individual signing or listed on this contract are not allowed and considered invalid. Only Cloud 10 authorized personnel can accept and/or make any requested changes. Cancellations: Cancellations require a two week (14 days) notice prior to the service date. Cancellations not made with at least a 14 day notice will be charged a cancellation fee to the credit card associated with this contract, as follows: an 8-13 days notice will be charged 50% of the total; a 1-7 days notice will be charged 100% of the total. Cancellations due to emergencies are considered on a case by case basis per the salon management’s discretion. Late Arrivals: In the event that the wedding party is late, the party will only be given the remaining time allocated for their appointment. Tardiness results in scheduling and service conflicts for you and other clients following your appointment(s). If the scope of the original contract cannot be fulfilled due to client’s tardiness, services may be reduced; however, clients are liable for the original amount. If a wedding party is more than 30 minutes late, the assumption will be that the client is a “no-show.” This will result in the client forfeiting all deposits and your credit card will be charged 100% of the total services. We apologize for any inconvenience but we must follow this policy out of respect for our stylists and other clients. Signature and Mailing Information: I have read, understand and agree to the terms of this contract.
